Don't say this too loud - I don't want to jinx anything - but it appears that we have found a buyer for our house.
More specifically, I found a buyer. We no longer have a realtor.
What a harrowing 6.5 months it has been!
I have learned things in this process. If I had it to do over again, there are definitely things I would do differently. Of course hindsight is 20/20 yadda yadda.
What really matters is that if all goes well, we will only have one mortgage soon.
Praise be to St. Joseph!

Also, it helps if you remove the wool from the sheep before spinning it. They get angry otherwise.
